Samshield

Samshield is a manufacturer of equestrian helmets. As the lead fullstack team, we built an internal B2B dashboard for managing customizable helmet models, configurations, pricing rules, resellers, analytics, and activity tracking.

On the frontend, we developed a scalable interface with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Apollo Client, and GraphQL Code Generator. A key challenge was performance optimization, as the dashboard had to remain fast and responsive while handling millions of rows across product, pricing, and analytics data.

On the backend, we contributed to a GraphQL API built with Node.js, GraphQL Yoga, Pothos, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, with Redis used for caching, pub/sub events, and analytics processing.

The platform was containerized with Docker and deployed through a CI/CD pipeline for reliable, continuous delivery.
